Returns & Exchanges

At Filofax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original Filofax packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
